Tri-Core was founded on a single observation: too many capable Nigerian businesses were underperforming not because of a lack of ambition or talent, but because of avoidable strategic, financial and operational gaps.

Our job is to close those gaps — with honest counsel, practical tools, and the willingness to stay in the room until the work is actually done.
